Hi,
My Nest Hub Max won't power on anymore. No signs of life at all. Nothing happened to it that would cause damage. I confirmed the power supply output voltage is correct with a multimeter.
Based on similar posts, I tried the following:
"
Discharge the speaker or display:
Still nothing happens at all.
I bought the unit in the US with Google staff discount, but I am in Switzerland. The unit worked fine here for years already.
Is there anything else I can try? Is there an internal replaceable fuse (I'm an electronics tech)?
Thanks,
Bryan

Thanks for bringing this up.
We're sorry to hear about this experience. I also appreciate the details you've shared. We can still offer you to replace the Google Nest Hub Max, however, we can only do that if you're in the US.

Is it possible that I can provide some evidence of the failure without having to return it in the US (or return it in the EU), then I could provide a colleague's address to receive the replacement unit on my behalf in US (or EU)?

Unit serial number: 01040YCAB0ET8P
Unfortunately the warranty expired in 2021. Is it still possible Google would replace the unit?
