Nest Hub Max says I need to remove from home, however I have removed it.

I recently moved so I removed the Nest Hub from my home and factory reset it. It doesn't show up in my google home app or my nest app. When i go to set it up when i get to the Wifi configuration it will not connect and say that the device is still on another home.

I have done the 10s volume button reset and the unplug/replug in power 11 times and neither have yielded results.

Has anyone remedied this before?

@KaiPerez

On the back of your Nest Hub, did. You press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds, and did your Nest Hub Max let you know that it was resetting?

If so, you could try contacting Support using the link and instructions in the post below:

Hi there,

Thanks for the help, MpIsCustomer.

KaiPerez, were you able to contact our Support team? If not, let’s look into it. Do you have a household member in the Google Home app? Members should also remove Google Nest Hub Max from their Google Home accounts. Once removed, do another factory reset. Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Alex
