Nest Hub Max

Hi 

I have tried everything to get my nest hub max to do look and talk, it recognises my face and voice but doesn’t answer or do anything.

can someone please help

Hi Paulowen,

 

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Can Nest Hub Max answer simple questions or play music? What is the error message? How about gestures, is it responding?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
