performed master reset even created a new home bust still the same issue

Hi Alex -
all devices that includes the speakers are connected to one WIFI only. check the your places however tried tapping Navigate and prompted me to assist app setting >> and for the Voice input and for the assist app there is no other option but NONE.

yes, already performed uninstalling and re-installing the app. I am using Huawei phones current OS EMUI12 and Harmony OS. Located in the Philippines.
