Nest Mini 2Gen appears as offline

Hello, My problem is related to this and this reddit post

I've tried everything I could read on the solutions.
Did another home, another account, hotspot, conneted to wifi nest and try to add it to Google Home, configure with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi, with BT on/off.


It seems to appear working fine, I can play voice commands like Play something in spotify, Turn off the lights, etc, but when I try to execute routines or access it from my phone(Like opening Media and Listen Spotify in this device) its not working. also, when setting up the device, in the last step gets an error at "setting up your nest mini" step.

Please help.

Hi @KafKaf ,

If you did all the troubleshooting steps and factory data reset, I recommend you to check with the Nest Support using the form.

Yeah, still no luck, tried a samsumg tablet and a xiaomi, but still appears as disconnected.

To this day, there is no solution to this problem, the only thing that worked for me was to buy another Mini nest 2.

Im disappointed and for sure, not gonna buy any other product from Google, Google support service just didn´t offer any help at all.
