Hey everyone. I recently changed internet providers which involved getting a new wifi modem setup. I have managed to transfer 2 google nest minis, a google assisted TV and 1 Nest display onto the new network but one of my Nest displays refuse to connect to the wifi. I have checked every possible setting in the wifi but can’t see what would be stopping it. Any suggestions?
edit: I should mention that the display is less then a year old, and worked perfectly before the wifi change. I have done all the obvious problem solving such as restarts ect. None of my other google devices have had issues with the new wifi network.

Hey folks,
Thanks for sharing details about the issue here.
I know how challenging it can be when you're having issues connecting one of your devices to your network. To confirm, is it a Nest Hub (1st gen)? If yes, please check the firmware and operating system version of your device. Below are the steps on how to check the version of your device:
.
Also, to eliminate any network issues and also be able to check the firmware version of your devices, could you try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other used to set up your Google Nest Hub).
Let us know how it goes.
