I have bought Google Max Hub in Australia during first week of Nov-23 received on 09-Nov-23 when I have tried to it set up it wasn’t working. So I have connected with google technical team they tried to resolve the issue. The device which was shipped to me was manufactured sometime in 2022. I was probably sent faulty one or I suspect was sent a refurb one. Then they advised that I have to return and get a new one. I spent close to two hours on calls. Then I tried to raise return but system wasn’t allowing me to return. So I had to contact google store support in India. My case was raised on 10-Nov-23 and until now neither I have received a new one nor any refunds. Customer support team has such a poor attitude towards the customers neither they respond properly not their wordings in emails are appropriate. They will miss spell names, they would even not write properly the word “You”. They don’t care about the frustrations of customer. All they do is just write unprofessional email. I have never seen such a poorest of poor customer servicing in my whole life. I would never ever buy Google Products in my life. I have 2 google hubs, one google pixel 7 pro. But due to such a worst customer service I am never going to buy Google products. I have proof of 30-35 emails to prove what I am saying. And I would request everyone not buy these products.
