When screencasting Via Chrome or Edge to Nesthub max after about 3 minutes it disconnects and Nest Hub max is back to the photo frame.

Hey XxB3tadogxX,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

When did it start happening? Is it only happening when you're casting from a browser? Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router. Rebooting your router, Google Nest Hub Max and computer might help too.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,
Alex

Everything's as it should be. Wifi is fine as mentioned Chromecast and nest hubs are fine . It's only nest hub max and casting from browser on PC that is isuue .

Any PC has same result and tablet phones all work fine. Happens on all 4 nest hub max.

It would appear to be an issue wit latest firmware.it worked fine in August , then next time around end of sept it stopped.

Hello there,

Thanks for the update. Could you try resetting one of your Nest Hub Max to see if that helps? Also, what's the cast firmware and fuchsia version of your displays?

Regards,

Alex
