Hi
I'm having trouble seeing up my nest hub max. It has been connected to an account before. E has 2 Google home accounts for the same house so I've tried to cancel one and add the hub max to the other account.
I've factory reset a number of times, reset router.
When I go through set up I get to a point where it tells me to disable AP mode. I've looked through my router admin pages and I can't find this setting.
I've tried turning off 5ghz channel that didn't work for us a BT smart hub2
The best hub was working before I took it off the other nest home account.
Any help would be appreciated

You can try to contact your router manufacturer or internet service provider for assistance with this setting. Once this is disabled, you can set up your Google Nest Hub Max without any issues.
