Hi Jamie Carretter,

Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! That is not great to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not turning on. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution with you. First, I have some questions.
  • Which Google Nest Hub is this post in regard to? (1st gen or 2nd gen)
  • Is this a new issue? Was your Google Nest Hub powering on before?
  • Does your Google Nest Hub show up on your Google Home App?
  • Have you tried using different outlets?
  • Have you tried to reboot and Factory Data Reset all of your affected devices? Are there any improvements?
A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.

I look forward to your response, thanks for your patience.
