Acceptable distances

I have a Bluetooth ConnectClip 1.1 (CC) that I use to connect my hearing aids to my phone. I also have a USB button so I can connect my hearing aids to my computer. I usually wear the CC around my neck.

The Chromecast with Google TV shows the CC and will connect to it and I can hear the TV via my hearing aids, kinda sorta.

The audio volume pulsates. If I place the CC on the shelf above the Chromecast, the pulsations stop.

Question: What is the maximum distance between the Chromecast with Google TV and the receiving Bluetooth device to avoid the pulsations?

Hey there Harkawy,

I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! The Chromecast's Bluetooth range is about 25 yards for a solid connection. However, usually the Chromecast sits behind a TV which can limit the range, so most Bluetooth devices should function optimally within a 15-20 yard range in that case.

I hope this helps, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!

Best regards,
Jeran
