  • Hola mi Chrome me dice actualización pero cuando comienza actualizar se traba en el cero me dice problema en la red pero no tengo problema en me red.que puedo hacer?

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that updating issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know from experience that these issues can be difficult. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • Is the Chromecast plugged into a power outlet, or is it powered by the USB on the TV?
  • Is the Chromecast within 15 feet of the router?
  • Are you using the HDMI extender that came with your 1st Gen Chromecast?
  • Have you already attempted a factory reset on the Chromecast?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
