Ambient slideshow is frozen

My Ambient slideshow has frozen. Can anyone help me get it moving again please? I’ve rebooted, done a factory reset and rebooted again. All the settings in Google Home look fine, it’s just stuck on one photo.

(I’ve selected Web Browser from labels because I don’t know which to select and I don’t understand the question but it won’t let me post the question till I pick something. I’m Chromecasting to a tv, that’s all I know.)

I just want to confirm: are you having issues with this ITVX that is installed on your Chromecast with Google TV? Or are you having issues casting it despite it casting perfectly on an older version of Chromecast? If it’s not an issue when it comes to casting on both versions, then it could be related to the installed apps. Try to troubleshoot the app by clearing the cache and data. You can also reinstall the app. If it persists, try to disconnect your Chromecast device from your home Wi-Fi and connect it to your smartphone’s mobile hotspot using the remote. If it still fails, you may need to contact ITVX support for a possible coding or file format conversion.
