Apple Music

I am trying to stream my Apple Music app with my Chromecast Audio, which works effortlessly with Spotify and Pandora. I have linked my Apple Music to the Chromecast Audio and made it the default music audio. The Apple Music will play on my connected speakers but will only play a song of it's own choosing, not the one I play on the app, which will play on my phone but not through the Chromecast Audio to my speakers. 

So it works, but it will only play a song of it's own choosing! very frustrating....is there a setting that I am not seeing? It is like someone else is controlling it.....

I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Apple Music issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine your work-around gets tiring after a while. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

• When did this issue start happening?
• Is your Google Home app up-to-date?
• Is your Apple Music app up-to-date?
• Does this issue occur when casting from another device, such as a computer or tablet?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
