Hi, I have a question, if anyone can help me? I have a google streamer 4k and the default audio output is TV, how do I set the default output to the soundbar? Thanks everyone in advance.

I would expect that you would connect the soundbar to the TV and let the TV move the audio.  Just like you would do if you were using a cable-box or game system.

In theory, you can connect the soundbar to the Streamer using Bluetooth.  But, otherwise, the streamer is going to push everything through the HMDI connection.

First of all, thanks for the answer.

The Soundbar is connected to the Streamer, but every time I turn on the Streamer, I have to switch the sound to the Soundbar. I would like the Soundbar to be the default sound player on the Streamer.

Hey! I had a similar setup with my Google Chromecast 4K and wanted the audio to come from my soundbar instead of the TV. I went into Chromecast settings > Display & Sound > Audio, and selected my soundbar as the default output. Just make sure your soundbar is connected via HDMI ARC or optical cable and is turned on before you start the Chromecast—then it should switch automatically.

Once I got that sorted, I installed the Fire Kirin APK directly on my Android TV . After that, the game launched perfectly, and with the soundbar hooked up, it felt like a full arcade experience at home! Highly recommend trying it this way—smooth gameplay + big sound = next level fun!
