Bluetooth blocks app for YouTube TV when Google Streamer and Nest speaker are connected

Google Streamer and Nest speaker connect but YouTube TV app will not open, no error code, etc. I have to disconnect to open the app and then reconnect to have tv sound through Nest speaker,
