I have similar issue too. It was working fine yesterday after “the fix” that Google rolled out.

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I'm sorry to hear you haven't received updates regarding your case about your Chromecast not connecting. I'd be happy to help!

To better assist you, I'd like to ask the following:

In the meantime, I'd suggest the following:

  • Ensure the Google Home app is fully updated.
  • Perform a factory reset on the Chromecast device and restart your phone. Refer to this article for instructions: How to factory reset your Chromecast.

Additionally, @JET001, please provide the information and confirm if you've already followed the steps provided above.
