Can I change Netflix to Britbox?

I don't have Netflix and don't intend to get it.  I do have Britbox which is a subscription service.  Can I redirect the Netflix button to Britbox?

I cannot locate any built-in option to change this button's functionality on mine.

You can search for a "Button Mapper" app.  These require special permission to modify accessibility settings.  Then they charge a one-time "Pro" fee to utilize advanced features that you would require to change this function.  I haven't tried this myself, but it appears that you can find articles describing how to perform the actions/steps to complete.
