Recently I am not able to connect to Chromecast for streaming. My service is a little over a year old and have not received any billing. I believe my account was set up utilizing my neighbor's account, because I would see his name to select on the left side when accessing PRIME movies. Now, his name does not appear. Unfortunately, he is now deceased. I was thinking if a bill was sent it was sent to him and now my account is probably cancelled. When I attempt to access Chromecast now, I see three messages on one screen and cannot open any of them. They are "Can't connect right now", "Try again", and "Open Network Settings". Thus, I suspect I am not a current active subscriber do to lack of payment. Please respond with your thoughts. If it is to lack of payment, how much do I owe and where do I send it. I have the same problem! It's not a billing issue... Google made an update that seems to have broken Chromecast streaming.
