Hello. I have a roku TV and max app doesn't let me choose the TV to cast to. The TV shows up for other apps so I can't figure out why Max app refuses to acknowledge my TV. Can anyone help me other than reinstalling the app and making sure your wifi is connected? Thanks.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Based on your description, it seems that your Chromecast device is working as intended. If all other apps can cast with no problem, then this is isolated to the (HBO) Max app. The fact that other apps can be cast means both the Chromecast/TV and the casting source (smartphone, tablet, etc.) are on the same network. Troubleshoot the Max app or check its settings. You can also contact them for further assistance. If you're using a Chromecast with Google TV, try to install the app itself instead of casting it.
