My chrome cast drops out after about 2 hours
when I try to reconnect it is not available for about 5 minutes.
when I do reconnect it then drops out about every 15 minutes.
if I disconnect it and wait about an hour it will reconnect again and be ok for about 2 hours then it follows the same pattern.
I have had it about a year and have had no problems and nothing in my set up has changed.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We’re sorry for the delay in response. You can try to do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset, then setting it up from scratch. If it persists, try to isolate a possible network issue by setting it up this time on another smartphone’s mobile hotspot.
