Chrome cast ultra not working after 3 factory resets

We had a power outage and all other casting devices working but this one.  It’s the oldest one.  I can factory reset but then when i goto cast Hulu or others the device won’t show up.  Then if given enough time goes offline and i can’t get back until i factory reset it again.  Then problem starts all over.  Did it just go bad?

I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast Ultra is having some issues! I know it can be tricky to know what to do next, so I'd be happy to help out. Let me ask what color is the LED light on the Chromecast? Depending on what color the light is, it could point to a couple of different issues. For now, I would also follow the troubleshooting steps listed in this article as well.
