Chromecast G4

Hallo there, my Chromecast G4 stuck on blue light. And when i press it to changeit.  it didn't work and it didn't bring any other kinds of light or any picture as usual on my TV.

When I put the Chromecast on  power it came blue light and Stuck on blue light. 

I tried many times but it still trucks on blue light and didn't work.

Please what is the problem and why my Chromecast Stuck on blue light ? And  how can I fix it ?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. Kindly send a photo of your Chromecast device showing this blue light. Also, have you tried to factory reset the device?
