Chromecast Playing Wrong Audio on youtube

We've noticed recently that our Chromecast has started auto choosing "German" when playing some YouTube Videos. All of my devices (Chromecast included) are set to English. I cannot say I've noticed a pattern for videos it does this but it's very frustrating as some videos we just cannot watch on this Chromecast.

 
Note: I've tried casting from multiple devices (Android Phone, iPhone, PC) and it still plays with the German dub.

Update: I did a factory reset on the chromecast via the "Home" app and that appears to have resolved it for now.

I do not often cast YouTube onto my TV using the Chromecast, but at this so today and voila they're speaking German to me no matter what I do

First, it's a Google Chromecast I believe it's their generation.

In terms of troubleshooting, I went to the Google home app look for languages, I also went into YouTube and look for languages, everything's set to English. What I did to fix a problem was actually factory reset the device. I do wish you guys figure out what caused this issue to happen in the first place. I've been using Chromecast for 5 or 6 years that this is the first time I've seen this happened.
