Chromecast does not work

Hi. I have rest the chromecast many times but the screen is still black. And white light blinking kind of sleeping mode. My remote works only for volume up and down . Other button does not work.

you are maybe on the wrong HDMI input ?

Hi. It was working fine before and there is only one HDMI port on tv . Also I restart the wifi router but still not working

Also I tried with other tv as well. Same issue . I have two chromecast one is second generation Which is working fine and latest one is Third generation and this one not working

muddassar505, thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. I wanted to check if this is how you did the factory reset on your Chromecast with Google TV device. Let’s factory reset your Chromecast Voice Remote as well. If you have a spare battery, try to change its battery. Let me know how it goes.
