Dear Tech support,
My issue is I cant configure my chromecast module with google home, My mobil show my network strong 2.4ghz and I put the same network in my chromecast.
Google home cant find my network and I am max. 3 ft from the chromecast module. It stop working yesterday and before that with the same environement it was working fine

I am having the same issue on my iPhone. One day it works and the next it doesn’t work. I’ve tried all the FAQ’s. I’m connected to the same WiFi, both on my phone, google home, and the Chromecast. Very frustrating.

None of the articles solved the issues I was having. I ended up buying a Roku for that specific TV.
