Chromecast enciende y se reinicia

al parecer cuando se actualizaba no termino y ahora prende pero no arranca solo muestra el primer logo  se reinicia

I understand that when it was updating it didn’t finish and it started with this behavior that is constantly restarting by itself. But no worries, I’m happy to help you find a solution. In order to give you the correct steps, I need some extra information, and then here I send you some questions:

  1. Do you see any error code on the screen?
  2. What is the model of your Chromecast?
  3. What troubleshooting steps have you followed so far?
  4. Is there any LED light on the Chromecast device? If yes, what’s the color of the LED light?
  5. Is the TV tuned to the same HDMI input where the Chromecast is plugged in?

Meanwhile, here I send you some steps that can help you:

  1. Power off the TV and unplug the TV and Chromecast from the:
    • Power source
    • HDMI connection
  2. Wait one minute. Plug the TV and Chromecast to the power source. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Power on the TV Connect the Chromecast device into the TV’s HDMI port.
  4. Tune the TV to the same HDMI input where the Chromecast is plugged in.
