Chromecast just stopped working on our Android phone. Followed troubleshooting instructions to do a factory reset. Did that but three black boxes appeared on the left-hand side of the TV screen. Followed the next troubleshooting instructions to turn off closed captioning, but it wasn't on. Turned it on and off and still the black boxes. Unplugged both the TV and Chromecast, waited 10 minutes, but the black boxes are still there. Any recommendations before I buy a new TV and abandon Chromecast?
