• What is your Chromecast model?

In the meantime, you can check the Display settings:

1. Turn on your Chromecast > at the top right of your TV screen, select your profile > Settings.
2. Select Display & Sound.
3. Select Dynamic range and color format: Select your preferred formats.

If the format is set correctly, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

• Reboot your Chromecast device.
• If you still ha persists, try performing a factory reset and pairing your Chromecast device again.
