Hi
We have a chromecast and it's consistently disconnecting. We have checked all online suggestions like reset WiFi. Updates.. WiFi near chromecast and lots of other suggestions. None work and this is super frustrating and no one seems to have a solution in any other sites or Google forums we have read . Do you have any suggestions as it's totally unacceptable to have a reputable company have such sub standard product .thanks

Many things can cause signal issues, including some you wouldn't think of. My tv has wifi, and I didn't realize leaving the wifi on the tv caused interference with the Chromecast. Since I don't use the tvs wifi, I disabled it, and suddenly the Chromecast worked perfectly. Lots of possibilities to look into as everyone's situation is unique.
