CCWGTV gets warm when connected to power, but won't turn on, no LED.

This week my CCWGTV is only getting warm when connected to power, it won't turn on, and the LED doesn't come on. It is connect via the USB C cable it comes with to the wall adapter that it comes with. Nothing happens when trying to factory reset.
