Chromecast não conecta

Meus dois Chromecast 3 não conectam, já fiz tudo possível, resetei os dois, mexi no moden, vi se canal do Wi-Fi tava no 11 e não no auto. Conexão ta boa, senha não mudou. Tudo certo. Começou depois de um técnico ter reiniciado meu modo devido a problemas de conexão da TV Smart. Mas resolvi um problema e criei dois, pq os chromecast não concectam mais
