Chromecast not active in youtube with managed google account

Hi! My kid had smartphone and tablet both on androind 11 using a controlled (by me) google account. In YT Kids Chromecast works great and he uses it quite often (linking the video on TV). But when enter in Youtube the chromecast icon is seen for moment but dissappears in less than a second. Why is that happening ? If it's made on purpose, then I just don't see an adequate motivation for it. Google let's the controlled user to chromecast any apps with video/audio content but doesn't allow specifically chromecasting the youtube. Why is that ?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? How long have you been using your Chromecast device? Is this happening on the YouTube app only? When did it start? What steps have you taken?

You can try basic troubleshooting by rebooting your Chromecast device, the casting source, and the WiFi router.
