My chromecast worked great before this recent update. Now it won't play next episode on any of my streaming apps. It even stopped on YouTube. How do I fix this problem?

I also noticed this issue starting in the last 2 weeks. Hulu will start to count down from 10 but when it hits zero instead of going to the next episode it will freeze and sit there till it times out. Sometimes it looks like the play head marker doesn’t hit the very end of the timeline but other times it’s at the end.

it’s not even consistent between the app and chromecast. App shows I hit the end, the chromecast shows I have a few min left. This happens both on iPhone11 and samsungs22. Maybe if we keep complaining they will assign someone

Since all applications are have this problem it's on Googles end. They need to roll back there update or something

Mine magically started working again last night in the late evening. Hope yours is fixed as well!
