Disney + errors

I’ve had a recurring problem trying to stream Disney + programming on my Google TV. The display breaks into sections with some sections as solid color blocks, others as repeated other sections. Help!

Hey there BillBacon,

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Disney+ issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out where I can. First, go ahead and make sure your Chromecast with Google TV is up-to-date on its firmware. Then, clear out the cached data on the Disney+ app. Finally, if that doesn't resolve the issue, go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the Disney+ app.
