Disney plus no 5.1 audio

I can get 5.1 sound from every other app but not Disney plus it will only play audio on stereo, the system is all connected to a Sonos system and all working fine but not Disney, I have reached out to Disney and they went through some steps but still no 5.1 sound. I have provided the app version and system firmware. They have escalated it to the tech team and have been asked to wait. But I wanted to see if anyone else has had the same issue?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I’m sorry to know you can’t get 5.1 audio from the Disney Plus app. I’m here to provide more information. 

In this situation, due to the rest of the apps working fine with the 5.1 audio using your Sonos system, I recommend awaiting updates from Disney support to get more information. They should be able to provide you with some troubleshooting steps to get things working again.
