Does Google care about non USA customers like us in the uk

So have google seriously ever taken onboard the frustration and feedback given on this site or in fact any site or forum  around how poorly they treat non USA customers.

so since the very start it has been feedback across the web from uk and other countries that the offering Google TV customers is a complete insult compared to the constant focus and improvement they put in the the USA market where they not only have a dedicated Google tv free streaming service and have done for sometime yet despite feedback and complaints they still don’t care about other territories like the Uk to offer the same service or even any comparable free tv service. I do not care that we have other options from other providers such as Pluto TV we who pay the same price and a lot of the times more for our devices get nothing from Google and infact you do not even supply a customer service support line for UK customers and no one from Google is taking on this issue.

for instance the current software available in the USA vs UK is becoming more of a gap we on the UK are still after many many months waiting for this AI screensaver function that no one seems to want to say when if ever we will have this yet they still bang on about it on media promotion. They have as mentioned the Google freeplay and I believe can install and use Roku channel ti use in some areas at least which is not an option in the uk for our devices and they also know have had the news feed on the screensaver rolling out. So when is anyone from google going to start actioning the feedback that you always revert to when anything on here is mentioned as I have and many others have done this many times both on here via email and via the option on the Google TV as it seems that your heads in Google only want to focus on that one market area and continue to ignore uk and as it seems other non USA customers as I fail to see how anyone can justify the ever increasing gap you are creating and no one ever has confirmed update fedback as to when your launching any service/software updates to the Uk. 

I very much doubt that there will be any confirmed fox for the rubbish android 14 update that despite factory resetting is still causing issues for people mine still disconnects randomly from the internet yet the answer will be factory reset which isn’t solving the issue. Funny how Google has not provided a real update or confirmation of the issues. 

hiw about someone from the heads at Google start taking time to read her or feedback given and have some bulls to make some commitments to us as I think if you can’t put the same focus and investment in the UK territories like you do the USA then why don’t you pull out and stop getting people to invest in your devices or Google tvs when the services offered are far less than other customers get outside of the UK
