Meu aparelho aparece a mensagem no app ao tentar configurar:
"Chromecast fabricado para um país diferente e não é compatível com sua rede Wi-Fi"
Já resetei a internet o aparelho e ainda não foi possível configurar o equipamento.
Não sei mais o que fazer. Pode me ajudar?

Desculpa a demora em responder.
Ainda preciso de ajuda, pois fiz alguns testes e deu certo, mas continua apresentando erros.
1. Meu chromecast é 3° geração
2. Cor laranja
3. Brasil
4. Na tentativa de configurar, segui colocando continuar, mas aparecia o erro.
5. Meu celular é Samsung S10e.

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to us. Could you confirm if the orange light in your Chromecast is solid or pulsing? Also, when you say it worked when you did some test, were you able to cast content from your phone to your TV? Please take note that the Chromecast 3rd Gen isn't officially supported in Brazil. You may still be able to set it up since it's a plug and play device, but some features might not work.
