Error code 2472

using Viki app and getting error 2472. other apps such as netflix are ok. Viki worked earlier. I am literally halfway though an episode I was casting earlier today. Had to pause to answer a phone call and was gone for 40 mins so it disconnected. Now getting the error code when I try to reconnect to watch the rest of the episode? I tried restarting my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it/logged in again, still getting the same error

Because you are only having trouble with a specific app, you should contact Viki Support directly for help with their problem.

You have already done most of the things that we would suggest.  Viki should be able to explain their error and help you further.
