Error para restablecer de fabrica

Necesito restablecer de fabrica mi chromecast con google tv, ya que no se actualiza el sistema operativo a la ultima version.

Al querer restablecerlo de fabrica, aparece borrando y luego se pone la pantalla con el icono del androide "Error"

Necesito ayuda.

Estimado gracias por responder, he hechos el procedimiento de reset desde el chromecast con el boton y tambien desde el apartado ajustes, sistema, acerca de, restablecer config. de fabrica. y cuando llega a la pantalla borrando, luego aparece el logo de android acostado,  diciendo error.

Mi dispositivo tiene actualmente android 12 y no actualiza, ya que hago busquedas desde el dispositivo, lo dejo por mucho tiempo y nada.
