Change the mobile data to 7th March and try to connect.
Disable the 'set time automatically' and try to change the date manually .
It's worked for me hope your issue might get addressed.

This also worked for me using iPhone;
Set date manually: Setting > general > Date & time, untick set automatically and change date to 7th March.
Using Google Home app connect Chromecast as a new device. This will prompt an update to the Chromecast.
Once updated, go back to Date & time settings and tick set automatically.
