Hello.
I have installed the latest update in Google Streamer. I've downloaded the latest version of the Kodi app from the Play Store and given it permission to access all system files. It happens that every time the streamer is disconnected from the power supply (even if I close the app correctly and then turn it off), it will appear reset when I reopen Kodi. Please, could you help me to get Kodi to reopen with the saved settings?
Thanks
yesterday
It seems to be caused by the loss of handshake that brings rise to the issue; the EDID - Extended Display Identification Data - from a device to conform to HDCP - High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection.
Can any solution be given to this problem? Thanks

Hello lucanorillo,
Thank you so much for posting in this community. I’m sorry to know that your Google TV Streamer (4K) is not saving Kodi app settings; no worries, it’s a pleasure to be able to assist you.
In order to gather further details and determine the optimal resolution, could you please answer a few questions?
When did the trouble start?
Before the update, did the same behavior happen on the app?
Does the same situation happen across all apps?
I'll look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Daniel

Hey lucanorillo,
Thank you for getting back to me. In this case the situation seems specific to the Kodi app. I recommend contacting their support team directly or the community forum. They should be able to provide the most accurate information and assistance in getting the app working smoothly again.
If you have any other questions, feel free to post in this forum.
Best regards,
Daniel
