I've found that both serial numbers on the device and on the box are not the same.

Hi @MMoustapha
That's unusual. Where did you buy the product from as the serial on the device and product packaging should match?

From Amazon US

Hi @MMoustapha,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand that you purchased your Google TV Streamer 4K from Amazon and found that the serial numbers on your device and the box do not match by one letter and one number. I appreciate you sharing this information, and I’d be more than glad to provide more details.
Since you purchased this from Amazon and feel you need a replacement or a matching set, I recommend contacting them to get this resolved. You can reach their support team here: Amazon Customer Service.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Jonathan

I just need to know if that is normal?
They already offered a return and replacement but this is last option for me.
If that difference is normal and the device is genuine so no need to make a return

Hi @MMoustapha,
Thanks for your response. I understand you're looking for clarification on why the serial number on the device doesn't match the one on the box. While this isn't common, a mismatch usually indicates a packaging error or a mix-up during kitting. To ensure everything is correct, please proceed with the replacement process that Amazon offered.
Please keep me posted.
Cheers,
Jonathan
