We have two TVs (one smart and one traditional). To use Google TV Streamer on both TVs, what devices do we need to have? Two Google TV Streamer plus two remote controls?

Yes, you need to have a Streamer on BOTH TVs.

Make sure to give them different names (like Den TV and Living Room TV) when you set them up so you can tell them apart.
