Google chromcast problem

I try to connect my a32 5g to google chromcast and a message appears which says  connection it is not available with your chromcast device

I am real sorry about the late response, thank you for patience on this! Were you able to fix that connection issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know figuring out these errors on your own can be difficult. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
  • Have you attempted a factory reset on your Chromecast device?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
