Google tv frozen

Bought a few days and was using fine to watch Amazon Prime and YouTube but now I get the home page with "unable to load for you". The Google tv remote buttons no longer do anything except Mute and Volume Up and Down.

I have removed the power for over 1 minute but after boot up its the same screen. The Google tv device LED goes from steady amber to steady white to flashing white.

Help?

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. You can try to do a factory reset and set it up again from scratch. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your response. I took it back to the store for a replacement. They store couldn't reset it either.
