HOME APP NOT WORKING

My tv chromecast is fine . I have the home app. But for some reason my devices are no longer there. I had living room and bedroom casting. I have deleted app 3 times and reinstalled. But nothing it won't let me add other rooms.. So now not sure what to do . Any help I would be grateful

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. A few questions: are you the one who primarily sets up the Chromecast devices in the Google Home app? Were there any recent changes you made to your phone, Wi-Fi, or Google account? Do you have home members in the Google Home app?

I have the same problem. I've tried two OnePlus phones (neither can install the devices) and finally got it working on an iPad, now they don't show on the app at all.

I'm assuming they will still work as basic detectors (and movement lights) but this is a lot of money for what seems to be unusable smart devices.

As far as the questions to Gina, on my connected apple device at least, there were no additional users added and no changes made. It just completely lost all four devices. Everything was up to date on install and remains so.
