@Kimyresponded and provided me with a form to fill out to detail the issue, and asked me to reply in that thread when I'd done so, to ensure that the form was sent through promptly to the support team. However the thread in question is closed to replies, so I couldn't. So I'm replying here instead. All done! Kimy, please make sure the form goes to the support team.
