I don't know which Chromecast.

It's not mine. 

All I know is it keeps connecting to my phone without my permission.

And I can't find an option to stop this from happening. 

Its annoying.

Are you on a shared network?  If so, you can see any Chromecast device that anyone else is using on that same network.

You can turn off that notification if you want:
