MY TV WILL NOT CAST AND I WANT ANSWERS!!!!!

Hi, my home app won't let me cast my phone to me tv and I've tried Uninstalling the app and reinstalling, switching accounts , and  clear all of my recent apps. So if something as the same issue, please let me know.

To better understand this situation, please provide the information requested below:

  • Do you have a Chromecast device to cast to your TV? If so, what is the model?
  • Are you experiencing the same issue from a different phone?
  • What is the brand and model of your phone and TV?
  • What is the software version of your phone and TV?
  • Are you getting an error message when trying to cast?

In the meantime, please ensure your TV and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).
